TAPPING TODAY: Return of Punkinator at 3PM.

BREWING: Yesterday and today are Orange Whip IPA brew days. Next week will be a double batch of Wee Heavy. Alt after Wee Heavy.

TRANSFERRING/FILTERING: Moved out the Black Saison for Tuesday Tapping 11/15. Punkinator is ready to go today.

FERMENTING: FV1 Kolsch. FV2 Molotov Hoptail Imperial IPA. FV3 Orange Whip IPA. FV4 APA (Capped and Chilled. Casks on next week). FV5 Brown Ale (capped, chilled and filling casks soon). FV6 Empty (Wee Heavy next week)

SERVING: SV1 Kolsch. SV2 Black Saison. SV3 Oatmeal Stout. SV4 Punkinator. SV5 Rye Baby Pale Ale. SV6 English Summer Ale.

CASKS: All guest beer, until we run out. We are changing them daily. Updates on Facebook.

GOING/GONE: ESB and Oaked Wee Heavy are gone. Rye Baby Pale Ale will be done next week.

TUESDAY TAPPING: 11/15 Black Saison. 11/22 APA. 11/29 Brown Ale.

CASK WEEK: 11/4 thru 11/11. Brewers night 11/8 was a huge success. Most of the local and some, not so local, brewers came out to enjoy the 6 different guest casks we had on.

BARRELS: Looking ahead to packaging the Batch 100 that is aging in our eight 53-gallon Bourbon barrels.
